SL: 'sup Dash!What are you doing around school?

RD: I could ask you the same thing.Didn't Fire already finish school?

SL: Yep.In fact I'm waiting for Summer.

RD: Oh?

SL: I'm taking her to see the new Daring Do movie.She was talking about it all week.

RD: That kid talks?That's new Oh...I thought you didn't like the books

SL: Yes,but the squirt was feeling down lately,y'know,for all the therapies n' stuff.So I decided to surprise her.

RD: Ah!That kid has a default mood,how can you know that?

SL: Nah,it's really easy to read her emotions once you get to know her,and you should know it.But I don't blame ya,she kinda acts different when you're around.

RD: What is that supposed to mean?

SL: Oh c'mon, it's so obvious that she is so uncomfortable.You should let her off the hook and relax,Dash.All this flying matter is stressing the both of you out.

RD: Wha- I'm totally fine!I don't know what you're talking about.

SL: I was just saying that maybe you're being too harsh on her.

RD: Since when did you become so soft with J,mhm?

SL: Hey,chill...Just saying.

bell rings *

SL: spots Summer*,heya Squirt!Over here!

ST: Hi......

RD: Hey kid!

ST: …...........

SL: puts Summer on her head*,how was school,shortie?

ST: Bad...

SL: they're still giving you a hard time,uh?

ST: nods*

SL: well, forget about it,we wouldn't enjoy the latest Daring Do movie with you being all gloomy,right?

ST: Really?

SL: Sure thing,lil dude!Now we better go,I don't want to be late.Catch you later,Dash!

RD: Uh,yeah...Bye...

There are a lot of tensions within this family,mainly between Rainbow Dash and her daughter.Summer prefers her aunt Scootaloo's company and that seems to irritate Dash,and flaunting it in her face is kind of a dick move.

But Scoots's right:she wants Junior to ultimately be able to fly and break out of her shell;to accomplish that goal she became rather harsh and demanding with her.Both her parents are clueless about how Summer really feels,mainly because Summer is already a quiet kid and also because,well....She is a bit intimidated by them:all the pressure and expectations that they put on her led Summer to always thinking about failing them.

Her aunt and uncle on the other hand don't really care about whatever Summer wants to do,it's her business.They're more concerned about her well-being and happines.

Side Note: Summer isn't about all that chit chat,she speaks only using few words,with sounds or using her body language and would rather spend time with her comics and videogames than with ponies.And her family is worried about that.
