BIO/BACKSTORY

The not so delicate and lady-like daughter of the famous fashionista Rarity, and Wonderbolt's reserve Thunder Lane.Since birth she has showed an unruly and fierce personality:her mother's lessons in manners were useless:why eat with a fork when you could just stick your head into the plate and eat like a dog?She isn't afraid to get dirty and sometimes she can come off as quite crude.

She doesn't care about her appearance or keeping her reputation clean,she just wants to be herself and being accepted for who she is:she detest her mother's constant reminder to act a bit more like a ''lady'' and to stop being so inappropriate.She thinks that wasting all this time on her public image is useless and just stupid,so she has developed a bit of resentment towards stuck-ups and snobby people.

Her undying passion is for tatooes and the meaning behind them:she had always had a particular interest in tatooes and piercings,she likes to look at someone and guess what type of person they are by simply looking at their tatooes,most of the time her assumptions are right.She also like to create tatooes design.

Surprisingly her special talent is connected to fashion aswell:she is a very creative clothes-designer,but doesn't want to work with Rarity:their preference in clothes are really different and to quote Ash,their styles will never blend well togheter.

RELATIONSHIPS

She doesn't see eye to eye with her mother:their differences are very highlighted and they're always arguing,most of the time about Ash's boorish behavior.Rarity wishes that Ash would worry a bit more about her public image,she doesn't want her daughter to be targeted as a ''freak'' by Canterlot's upper class,she isn't ashamed of her,just concerned.

Ash tends to avoid her when she is home,because she knows that their interactions will end with a fight,so she prefers to not take the risk.

She is totally cool with her dad.He is a more chill guy,he doesn't care about her daughter's looks,he just wants to see her happy. They try to spend as much time togheter as they can.He is supportive of everything that she does and take her side when she is fighting with Rarity.

So it's obvious that she is a total daddy's girl.

She has a good relationship with her younger sister Amy.They tease and fight a lot:Rarity says that they will kill each other one day if she doesn't do it herself first.But they support and love each other very much: Ash shows her the ways of a ''free spirited'' life and encourage her to just do whatever she wants to do,not caring about what mom or others' say.

She is super best friends with Pinkie's daughter ,Red Velvet.They're Ponyville's troublemakers and when one is there,the other one is near,they can't stay divided for too long.Everyone says that they should just start dating already;apparently they both take the comment as a joke,but Ash does have a big fat crush on her friend and would like to be something more than just 'friends'

She always hangs with Ace too,nothing good can come up when those three are all togheter.

She is really close to her aunt SweetieBelle:it's from her that she got the idea of starting a rock band with her friends.

EXTRAS

-She is the lead guitarist of a rock band constisting of her,Red,Aerial Ace,Theo.

-The day she got her piercings her mother had stroke (dramatic much?) and later proceed to ground her for 2 months for doing it without her permission.

-She wants to get a tatoo but after the incident with the piercings,she's having second thoughts.

-She trimmed her tail as an act of rebellion when she was a kid,but she liked it so she kept it this way.
